Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Social Media & Email Marketing Associate with expertise in managing social media platforms, running advertising campaigns, and executing email marketing. This role is crucial for amplifying our brand’s voice and expanding our digital footprint. A key requirement for this position is prior experience working with U.S.-based clients, as a deep understanding of the U.S. market dynamics is vital.

Work Set-up:
Work from Home
9am - 6pm (Philippine Time)

Responsibilities:

Social Media
> Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Youtube
> Create and curate engaging content tailored to our audience, promoting brand interaction.
> Execute targeted ad campaigns on social platforms to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
> Preparation of Content Briefs (For Graphic Designers)
> Conceptualization of 4 posts per week (Resourced from existing photo bank in collaboration with Graphic Designer)
> Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
> Stay updated on new trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing.


Email Marketing
> Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook,
> Personalized/Targeted Email Automation

Email sending and scheduling
> Testing of email elements to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and test CTAs links to ensure they go to the correct landing pages.
> Email performance monitoring, reporting, and recommendation
> Create email lists and newsletters, implement strategic email marketing campaigns, and overall managing

MUST HAVES:
• Very attentive and attention to detail is a must
• Grammars and double checking before posting and sending
• Minimal supervision, can work independently
• Knows how to run facebook ads effectively
• Familiar with ActiveCampaign and other automation on Wordpress
