Communication and intuitive skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers needs.
Accountable to yourself, the team and senior leadership to obtain both personal and business Goals.

-Ability to understand client's needs and do what is right for the client
-Ability to retain training exactly as taught

-Must have internet speeds that are 100 MBPS.
-Must have dual monitors.
-Must have noise cancelling headset.
-Must have zero distractions throughout the day. (No roosters or loud noises in the background)
-Must have a bank account
-Work schedule will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) (California Time zone)
-California Based Company

If an interview is set please know it is for PST Pacific Time zone (California Time)

To be clear, I am NOT looking for someone who has the experience in Insurance. I am looking for individuals who want to grow into a permanent position within our organization. Sales and Insurance experience is a bonus for me but it is not required.
