Basketball Sales/ Customer Service Associate

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Basketball Sales Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell memberships and bundles of packages for our local training academy, basketball camps, or clinics, depending on the location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and a passion for basketball.

**Responsibilities:**
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls to promote and sell memberships and package bundles.
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and persuasive manner to encourage them to join our academy or attend evaluation sessions.
- Utilize Customer Relations Software to manage customer information, make calls, send texts, and communicate with potential clients.
- Assist potential clients in troubleshooting any issues with their scheduling accounts and provide guidance on the enrollment process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of our services to effectively communicate with potential clients.

**Requirements:**

- Highly proficient in English.
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and persuasive attitude with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for basketball and a desire to help others improve their skills.
- Comfortable using Customer Relations Software and other sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
