JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for real estate and sales? We are currently seeking a Property Manager/Sales Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working remotely and has a keen interest in the property management and sales industry. As a Property Manager/Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property management and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Property Management Support:

Assist in managing rental properties, including tenant screenings, lease agreements, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain property management software and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Support:
Assist in lead generation and prospect research to identify potential buyers or tenants.
Conduct market research and analyze property data to determine competitive pricing.
Assist in preparing property listings, including descriptions, photos, and virtual tours.
Respond to inquiries and schedule property viewings for interested parties.
Coordinate with real estate agents and potential clients to facilitate property sales or rentals.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales and property management reports, including financial data and performance metrics.
Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Provide general administrative support to the property management and sales teams as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using property management software and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and chat platforms.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
