Hi! I'm Mike with 1st Choice Pest Solutions. We are currently seeking a HIGH ENERGY, organized, and detailed individual to join our team.
We take pride in being a family-owned company with a strong emphasis on family culture and values. Currently, we have five Filipino virtual assistants and are looking to add one more to our team.
Job Duties:
- Answering Inbound Phone Calls
- Scheduling Work Orders on Fieldwork HQ CRM
- Processing Payments Over the Phone
- Responding to Billing Questions
- General Office Work
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great energy
- Solutions driven
- Previous experience with inbound sales calls.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A self-starter
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Microsoft365 Expert (All day use of Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Maintain a professional work environment, including a good-quality computer, headset, dual monitors and a stable internet connection with back up internet.
Work Hours:
- 9-hour shift (excluding a 1-hour lunch break), 5 days a week
- The usual shift will be from 9 AM to 7 PM CT
