SEO Specialist AND Content Marketer (Remote/Solo Coach)


I am a passionate and dedicated life coach on a mission to empower people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, confident lives.

I need to maximise my online presence to effectively reach and connect with my target audience.

I want my website to create as many calls for me to take to convert to sales as possible.

I want to grow an email list too.

Position Overview:

I am seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist & Content Marketer to collaborate with me in optimising my online presence and driving engagement with my coaching services. The ideal candidate will understand SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and social media promotion to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.

I also expect my SEO staff will have their own tools to develop a highly ranked website.

This will start at 6 hours per week while we get to know each other.

As trust develops and I can see excellent working practices, I will be happy to increase the hours to 10 and onwards as we start to see a return.

Done correctly, this job has the potential to become a 20-hour-a-week job.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a thorough SEO audit and analysis of my website to identify areas for improvement and optimisation, including keyword research, on-page SEO enhancements, and technical optimisations.

2. Develop and execute an ongoing SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions, focusing on promoting discovery call bookings.

3. Create compelling and SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, and other content assets to engage and educate my target audience, showcasing my coaching expertise and value proposition.

4. Collaborate with me to design and optimise landing pages for lead generation and conversion optimisation. The goal is to encourage visitors to book discovery calls and explore my coaching services further. I will eventually sell courses and offer various free downloads on different landing pages.

5. Monitor website performance metrics, SEO rankings, and user engagement data to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and identify improvement opportunities.

6. Utilise social media platforms to promote my coaching services, including sharing blog posts, engaging with followers, and promoting YouTube videos to expand my online reach.

Qualifications:

- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content tailored to my coaching niche.

- Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence. I will need you to give me updates twice a week on progress, and I need you to be able to tell me exactly what you need from me to bring my website to its best performance.

- Experience with social media management and promotion, focusing on leveraging platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to amplify my coaching message.

- Proven experience implementing successful SEO strategies and content marketing campaigns, preferably in a similar solo practitioner or service-based industry.

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in SEO, digital marketing, or related field.

- Experience with email marketing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), or other digital marketing disciplines.
