== THE POSITION ==
As the Outbound Sales Associate for the largest and fastest growing battery franchise in the US, you'll play a key role in the company’s goal to provide top-notch customer service and convert prospective leads into sales.
Your primary focus will be reaching out to leads and knowing their needs to guide them into making the right purchase decision. This client is a one-stop-shop for all battery, lighting, smart home, key fob and phone repair solutions for retail and business customers alike, so this is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!
-> Requirements:
• MUST be able to speak in English fluently.
• Experience handling outbound sales calls and cold calling.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.
-> Nice to Have:
• Experience doing discovery calls is preferred but not required.
• Experience with using Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) is preferred but not required.
-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Following up with recent customers/store walk-ins to check-in on their purchases.
• Offering other products by extracting relevant information from the customers.
• Doing discovery calls.
• Outreaching/networking with cold leads.
• Generation of leads aside from the usage of already prepared and available leads.
• Use of public information from government websites/bids to connect with potential clients.
