Inbound Appointment Setter for E-commerce Company
As an Inbound Appointment Setter, your role will involve calling leads as soon as they book in to confirm their attendance to the scheduled meeting. You'll ask each lead a couple qualifying questions to determine if they would be qualified to purchase the offer. For qualified leads, you'll need to ensure they're fully prepared for their appointment by confirming they have necessary resources such as the Zoom link for the meeting and have watched our pre-call video. In cases where leads are not qualified, you'll provide them with a link to our intro offer and cancel their meeting accordingly. During slower periods, you will be cold calling warm leads who have progressed through our funnel but haven't yet scheduled appointments. Other duties as agreed upon and assigned.
This position begins with a two-week trial period to evaluate your fit within our team. Successful completion of the trial may lead to a full-time position with our company.
