Operations/Event Manager Virtual Assistant

We're an event coffee cart company based in Melbourne & Sydney, Australia.

We're looking for a VA to work with our small team to help us deliver a consistent customer experience, accurately.

This role sits within our Operations & Event Management team and has direct reporting to both our GM & Founder.

We are a values-based organisation with strong cloud-based systems.

You will need excellent written skills, high attention to detail, and customer service focus.

Experience with the following platforms is highly advantageous: Hubspot, Arrivy, G Suite, Slack, Shopify, ReCharge, Clicksend & Canva.
