We are in search of a skilled General Virtual Assistant with a strong background in financial insurance or any related fiels to join our team remotely. This role primarily focuses on post-sales document processing and administrative tasks related to insurance policies or a related field preferred.. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling various administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:
*Data Entry and Management: Input financial data into relevant systems and databases. Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other documents or CRM system.
*Financial Documentation: Handle the preparation, review, and management of documents related to financial insurance and claims processing.
*Assist with other administrative tasks such as email management, meeting arrangement, and follow-up on pending matters.
*Claims Processing Support: Provide administrative support for insurance claims processing. Assist clients with claim forms, documentation requirements, and follow-up inquiries.
*Policy Renewals: Coordinate policy renewal processes, including sending reminders to clients, updating policy information, and processing renewal documentation.
*Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding insurance-related inquiries, policy updates, and documentation requirements. Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally.
*Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all documentation and processes.
*Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings as needed.
*Handle the processing and documentation of insurance policies after sales transactions. Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and filed in a timely manner.
*Minimal Phone calls

Qualifications:
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry or financial services sector.
*Strong understanding of financial and insurance terminology and procedures.
*Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively correspond with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
*Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
*Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Google Suite) and capable of adapting to new systems quickly.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial information.
