Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices, along with a passion for connecting with our audience and driving engagement.

Before Applying Ensure the Following:
1. You will need to work Night Shift on Skype for 4 hours/day between the hours of 1am to 5am OR 5am to 9am Philippines Time (PHT).
2. Compensation offered will be determined by your existing skills and how well you align with the job description and requirements.
3. You must have prior experience in both Off-Page and On-Page SEO. Most of your tasks will relate to Off-Page SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand or personal awareness, drive traffic and generate leads.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting content, monitoring comments/messages and engaging with the audience in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand or personal marketing consistency across all channels.
• Track and analyze social media metrics and performance and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and decisions.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news and developments and incorporate them into our social media strategy when appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Passion for staying ahead of the curve and continuously learning and experimenting with new social media trends and technologies.
