JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Support - Full time remote

As a Technical Support for Everylite, you will become an expert on our LED products. You will be trained in technical support to be able to assist customers over the telephone and via e-mails.


Requirements & Qualifications:
• BS in Electrical Engineering, any Engineering courses, any Business or IT related courses
• 4+ Years or equivalent of Electrical Experience
• Knowledge of DC power distribution and fundamentals of wiring
• Firm understanding of DMX, PWM, and SPI
• CAD, Adobe Illustrator, or other Vector graphics software experience
• Be able to talk customers through troubleshooting
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Basic knowledge of network and IT infrastructure (PBX knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to travel to China for a month at a time for more in depth training.


Key Responsibilities:
• English proficiency is required
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, end-users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to respond quickly to Live Chat requests from customers
• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, any reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required from management
• Assist creating and review LED layouts for both regular white modules and RGBW-related projects
• Assist in developing training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support personnel and end-users interact properly with hardware and software
• Create and review special orders that need to be customized by the factory
• Assist in the creation of Datasheets, installation guides, and other webpage information for new products
• Assist IT maintenance and emergency assistance

Job Type: Full Time - Remote Work
Flexible to work either 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST
