IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1 year experience in creating Automations and Lead Generation
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask on multiple projects with attention to detail
Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments
Proficiency with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier preferred
Interpersonal, technically savvy, and solution-driven
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gain a deep understanding of Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success processes
Collaborate with department heads to comprehend processes and SOPs
Master Automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Zapier)
Document Automations per department meticulously
Develop and update SOPs for Customer Success and Recruitment
Provide administrative/onboarding support with Operations
Optimize and suggest modifications to existing processes
WORK HOURS:
Full-time, US PST
