JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Company needs a Marketing Coordinator
Duties:
1. Onboard new property owners after they agree to hire Wasatch Leasing & Management to manage their residential or small commercial rental.
2. Create marketing and advertising for available spaces on multiple websites and social media platforms including, but not limited to setting pricing, offering incentives and promotions, ordering and editing professional pictures, and writing the marketing descriptions.
3. Recruit and maintain relationships with local licensed real estate agents and social media influencers in the areas of the properties under management to secure local experts to work with Wasatch Leasing & Management as trusted showing agent partners.
4. Be the first to contact prospective renters after they reply to the online marketing posts.
5. Assign new interested rental prospects to a showing with the applicable showing agent partner in accordance with the property management company's written Standard Operating Procedure(s) SOP.
6, Follow up with all parties to gather feedback and procure rental applications.
7. Perform all required post-lease and pre-move-in requirements in accordance with the property management company's written Standard Operating Procedure(s) SOP.

Qualifications:
1. Customer service experience is a must.
2. Marketing and advertising experience is a must.
3. Experience with the property management software Appfolio is preferred.

Wasatch Leasing & Property Management:
1. Consistency is key. Don't apply if you don't have reliable internet, backup internet, reliable power, backup power, and the ability to be on-shift and fully present and prepared for the full duration of the shift 9:00 AM MST - 6:00 PM MST Monday through Friday (one-hour lunch break will be provided).
*40 hours per week
