This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to take the reins of our Finance Department. As our Financial/Accounting Controller, you'll be a strategic partner, driving financial well-being and guiding key decisions.

- Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
- Conduct audits, analyze data, and provide insights to leadership.

The Ideal Candidate:

- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Retail industry experience a must, Food & Beverage a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and accounting software.
