Documentation Tech Writer

seeking someone that can write knowledge base articles in confluence about software tutorial and IT procedure. company had approved software that need a few articles for users to follow up to reduce tickets and confusion.

1. the ideal candidate will have some technical background as an IT Support tech from an IT Help desk Environment or have a good understanding what the business unit is in order to write articles for end-users to reduce ticket related flow.
2. good writing skills and proper gramma in Eng
3. ability to write tutorial articles about any topic with images
4. will need around 15-20 articles in total.


time-frame 3-4 weeks max to deliver.
