Cold Caller Real Estate

We are seeking a skilled Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making cold calls for wholesalers, possess excellent English communication skills, must have experience with REsimpli and Slack, and be able to work within the EST time zone.
*Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls using REsimpli to potential clients/customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products/services and articulate their value propositions effectively.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our (REsimpli and Slack) CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
*Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proven experience as a cold caller, preferably in a wholesale environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively within the EST (12pm-8pm) time zone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Slack and REsimpli) to track and manage leads.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must provide recordings of previous cold calls as part of the application process.
