At Dom Solution, we're dedicated to excellence in restoration, setting the industry standard for quality and innovation. As we continue to expand our presence, we're seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and solidify our position as a market leader.

Keys Responsibilities:

- Finding new opportunities by hunting down potentials clients in the construction world
- Create a strong connection with clients by reaching out and maintaining contact, keep communication between us and our clients to grow a long-lasting bond.
- Spotting growth chances when exploring different clients nationwide.
- Sealing the deal using your charisma and expertise to close deals and reach our sales targets.
- Keeping everyone updated by staying on top of our sales progress, and regularly update our team.
- Improvement is a must that you as our sales manager has to have room for.
- Monitoring inbound/outbound calls with clients
- Updating our platforms such as Yelp, Google, etc.
- Upload photos, videos and stories on Instagram.
- Check the news nationwide for storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural disasters, and create a clients list to call in different states.
- Ensure when contracts our closed, for clients to sign and send documents as needed.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Availability to work from Mon – Thurs 8:30 am to 6 :00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm CST
