**Responsibilities:**
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position our products/services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Be able a willing to adapt to company’s proven method of closing

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
