YouTube Strategist + Thumbnail Creator

Command Your Brand is looking for an Expert YouTube Strategist and Thumbnail designer. This is not a an entry level position. CYB has several growing company accounts on YouTube as well as a porfolio of clients that we produce podcasts for. We are looking for someone that has experience optimizing YouTube videos, including creating thumbnails with high converting CTR’s. It’s also important that growth focuses on keep view durations high and real engaging subscribers for whom the content is relevant.

The content of the company’s founder is polarizing American Conservative / Libertarian content, so the strategist must be ok in working with that type of content.

The editing team will fully edit all content and upload it to youtube, the strategist then takes over once content is added to YouTube.

Must be able to show previous results on YouTube. This is initially a part-time opportunity with the ability to become full time with growth in the area.

Key Responsibilities: As a YouTube strategist, you will be responsible for:
Thumbnail creation
Keyword research
Video Optimization
Recommending additional strategist that will lead to real growth, engagement, High CTR and View Duration.

Qualifications:

Proven success as a YouTube Strategist
Ability to create high-converting thumbnails
In-depth knowledge of YouTube
Creative mindset, thinking in solutions
Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
