Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team! As a remote teaUpgrade to see actual infomber based in the Philippines, you will play a vital role in our sales engine by prospecting for potential customers in the Canadian market. You will identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and set appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential customers within the Canadian supply chain industry.
Utilize various prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting, to generate leads.
Effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and determine their fit for our solutions.
Leverage a Sales CRM platform to manage leads, track progress, and report on activities.
Set high-quality appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape.
Participate in lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or a related field (preferably in the B2B tech sector).
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and generating qualified leads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of lead generation best practices.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual.
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Fluency in English is required.
