The Opportunity
You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning strategies and programs
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to evaluate organizational development needs
- Design and implement trainings for remote staff
Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Willing to work 40 hours Eastern Standard Time
- At least 3 years of experience as L&D or Training Manager
- Has experience creating and developing e-learning courses and training programs
- Takes initiative: Has a sense of urgency and performs necessary tasks without needing to be prompted
- Document-driven: Makes sure that documentation is always up to speed
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
- Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
Compensation and Perks
