**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
- Videographer Recruitment: Onboard talented videographers, fostering strong relationships and supporting the onboarding process.
- Business Contract Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure contracts with businesses seeking video production services.

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
