QuickBooks Expert with US Tax Knowledge

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Expert with extensive knowledge in US tax regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks software, proficiency in handling multiple accounts and clients, expertise in US tax laws and procedures, as well as experience in account reconciliation and the ability to start accounts from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts for multiple clients.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Start accounts from scratch for new clients, setting up chart of accounts, vendors, customers, and other relevant information.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Prepare and file various tax forms, including but not limited to, 1099s, W-2s, and quarterly tax returns.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with US tax laws.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding tax planning and strategies.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on changes in US tax regulations and incorporate them into our practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a QuickBooks Expert, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations.
Proficiency in preparing and filing various tax forms.
Experience in account reconciliation.
Ability to start accounts from scratch for new clients.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and clients simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CPA certification preferred but not required.
Experience with other accounting software is a plus.
