Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Disposition Cold Caller who specializes in qualifying buyers to join our team. As a Buyer Qualification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and engaging potential buyers for our properties through outbound cold-calling efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate with prospects, assess their needs and interests, and qualify them as potential buyers for our real estate inventory.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential buyers to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
* Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their motivations and buying criteria.
* Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their level of interest and purchasing capacity.
* Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects through excellent communication skills.
* Provide accurate information about available properties and guide qualified leads through the sales process.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in outbound cold calling on the disposition side
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to qualify leads effectively.
* Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and property types.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
