JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant to Executive Coach at Novus Global and President of Meta Performance Institute
FULL TIME
Reports to: Executive Coach/President

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

A high degree of ownership
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to compile and organize data in a visually appealing way
Ability to execute on created systems and create new ones
High level of communication skills
Timely responses
High level of efficiency
Strong initiation and problem-solving skills
Graphic Design ability a plus

Highly proficient in both spoken and written English

Working knowledge of the following systems and platforms:

-Hubspot (CMS)
-ASANA (Project Management)
-Typeform and/or Jotforms (Surveys & Reports)
-Canva (Design)
-G-suite (Office Administration)
-Slack (Internal Communication)
-Airtable (Business Reporting)
-AI usage and understanding is a plus
-Quickbooks Online (Accounting)

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Managing email and calendar
Communication on behalf of the coach
Provide first impression to clients
Administrative onboarding tasks of new contracts
Administrative duties as it relates to Slack, email, and calendar management for the Executive Coach
Generate spreadsheets using google sheets for reporting
Attendance at Team Meetings and others as requested
Client gifting with proactive thinking
Financial reconciliation and oversight using Quickbooks online
Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Workflow and task management using Asana
Setting drip campaigns and workflows using Hubspot
Website management/updates using Wix
Creating forms using Typeform and or Jotform
Other items as requested by Executive Coach
