Primary Responsibilities

* Develop monthly/annual content calendars for our owned channels.
* Monitor and analyze account performance for optimization.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), responding promptly to insights.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce compelling content.
* Manage creator collaborations and campaigns.
* Monitor hashtag usage and influencer campaigns.
* Leverage social media for direct business impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
* Previous experience with agencies or in-house brands preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
