Technical Program Assistant

We are continually expanding our dynamic team!

We are seeking a Technical Program Assistant who will be deeply familiar with our Moxie Suite software and the Moxie Suite Admin Console. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our software projects remain on track and meet high-quality standards. This role involves significant responsibility in triaging bugs, managing bug resolution processes, and acting as a bridge between our engineering team and external providers.

Responsibilities:
-Understand and operate within the Moxie Suite software and Moxie Suite Admin Console.
-Monitor project timelines and ensure that all projects are progressing according to schedule.
-Triage incoming bugs effectively, determining which issues can be resolved internally and which should be escalated to engineering teams.
-Take ownership of resolving manageable bugs and oversee the resolution process for escalated bugs.
Maintain active communication with service providers to update and inform them about issue resolution statuses and project timelines.
-Collaborate with various internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to align project objectives and quality standards.
-Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager or similar role in a software or technology environment.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
-Prior experience in SaaS or cloud services environments.
