Dev For Automations + APIs + Web App

Engineering firm is looking for a full stack developer to help with the following but not limited:

- Setup automations across apps for internal use
- Build team & client portals.
- Pull data from APIs (Google Map, Zillow, AirDNA .. etc )
- Build web app for real estate data & analysis

Notes about this position:

* Part-time 20-30 hours a week as needed.

* Ideal candidate loves efficiency, is a constant learner, and have
ambitions to build a big project from scratch.

* Salary is a starter and has room to grow.

* You will be starting the project from scratch and tasks will be worked on one-by-one.

* Position can become full-time

Candidate Shoudl be Familiar with the following apps:

* Monday-com
* Stripe
* Dropbox
* Zapier
* Wordpress

Huge Plus (but not required):

* Familiar with Matterport (3D virtual tour)
* Familiar with ZIMAS (LA City database)
* Familiar with architecture apps such as AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp / ReCap
