Job Description:

We’re seeking a Collections Specialist with 2+ years of collections expertise to manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and document interactions. Responsibilities include outbound calling to delinquent consumer accounts, posting payments to payment platforms, and ensuring great follow-up skills. You’ll work collaboratively with other competent professionals on the team, with training and support provided.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years as a Collection Specialist.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and commitment to customer focus.
