JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-motivated Outbound Sales & Lead Gen Specialist to own the top of our sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for finding qualified leads, building lists, launching cold outreach campaigns, handling replies, and booking meetings. If you know your way around scraping tools and know how to start real conversations through email, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Generation & Research
* Identify high-quality B2B leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
* Scrape and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, and other tools
* Enrich leads with contact info, firmographics, technographics, and buyer intent data
* Keep lead data clean, validated, and organized across CRM and cold outreach platforms
Cold Outreach & Sales Development
* Launch and manage cold email campaigns via tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist
* Personalize outreach with first lines, relevant insights, or intent-based messaging
* Monitor replies, handle objections, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team (or yourself)
* Track performance metrics and iterate on messaging to improve open/reply/booking rates
