JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Consulting Company based in Hong Kong, currently recruiting a Virtual Assistant specializing in Appointment Setting on behalf of our client.

Our client is the founder of an online coaching company based in Connecticut, United States, with the mission to empower entrepreneurs and business leaders to overcome scaling challenges and achieve exponential growth through the Quantum Leap Stacking System (QLSS).

As the appointment setter, your goal is to be the driving force behind the Founder’s growth and expansion. Responsible for generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and following up on deals, creating a pipeline of opportunities that will propel our company to unparalleled heights.

The responsibilities of this role involves:
> Proactively prospect potential clients through various channels, including Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

> Through messenger and email exchanges, conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand prospects’ needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.

> Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and positioning the Founder as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

> Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities through outreaches and conversations.

> Proactively respond to new messages from audiences and leads in a timely manner.

> Collaborate closely with the founder and social media assistants to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and identify areas of improvement

> Continuously expand your knowledge of our offers, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.

> Manage the sales pipeline and keep track of sales performance data accurately.
Key measures of progress you’ll be responsible for:

> New connections made on social media

> Social media engagement and following growth

> Number of meaningful conversations started

> Number of qualified appointments set to the sales call calendar

Skills required:
> Amazing english writing skills

> Excellent communication skills with clients and prospects

> Proficient in operating Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts

> Understand the algorithm of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

> Experience in email inbox management

> Experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets

> Prior experience managing leads and social accounts of online businesses

> Displaying traits of being [insert client company’s core values here]


Experience with the following software:
> GoHighLevel and/or Clickfunnels

> Email CRMs such as ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp

> Google Drive and Google Suite

> Calendly

> Slack

> Asana

> Sales Navigator

Having the skills & experiences above is crucial for you to successfully complete the training.

Shift times:
5pm - 1am Philippines time with 1 hour break. Monday - Friday

Compensation Structure:
$4 USD per hour
Pay rise potential according to experience and performance

Travel: Not required
