JOB OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Email Management: Manage incoming emails on behalf of client email campaigns, including categorization, logging responses, and crafting high quality replies. Prioritize and respond to emails promptly, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all correspondence.

• Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Evaluate incoming leads through email interactions, extracting key information, and identifying potential prospects for further engagement.

• Client Communication: Engage in clear and concise communication with existing and potential clients via email, answering queries, and providing information. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions.

• Inbox Organization: Maintain a system for efficiently organizing and categorizing emails to ensure easy retrieval of information. Implement appropriate filters, labels, and folders to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.

• CRM Utilization: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to log and track email communications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to share relevant information and ensure consistent and unified messaging across different channels. Work closely with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to address client needs and enhance overall customer experience.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to inbox management and lead generation. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to optimize email workflows and increase efficiency.



Daily Tasks:

• Review and work on all task assignments ensuring:
• Proactive communication to upper management on projects with deadlines that need adjustment
• Real Time status updates
• Appropriate and on time delivery of associated deliverables
• Check email inboxes for replies and/or appointments on assigned client accounts
• Schedule all appointments that can be made and send all associated summaries of interaction to client point of contact
• Send Follow up messages
• Ensure accurate logging of replies
• Unsubscribe all booked leads from the relevant campaigns
• Manage email inboxes for assigned client accounts ensuring all emails are:
• Dispositioned/tagged appropriately
• Unsubscribed when necessary
• Followed Up with appropriately
• Dropped in to subsequences as necessary
• Ensure accurate time tracking
• Time block all tasks in Google calendar and plan ahead


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of Email Management, Sales Development Representative, or Lead Generation Experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of emails with varying levels of urgency.
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time and task management skills
• Strong change management skills, flexibility, and adaptability
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively
• Strong technical skills and fluency with spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets), Google Workspace, and some data interpretation.
• Familiarity in using email and CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong grasp of grammar and spelling
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with lead generation processes and an understanding of marketing and sales principles will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5 PM PST // Tuesday- Saturday 12 AM to 9 AM Philippine Time
Salary Range: Php 35,000-50,000 monthly, Depending on experience
