COMPANY INFO

This is a small and fast-growing, customer focused eCommerce store (online retail) selling sheds, greenhouses, saunas, dog kennels, cow lifts, and all sorts of different homestead supplies & equipment. Our revenue is growing quickly and we are expanding!
We’re very busy and need someone to help with sales and customer service for our ecommerce store. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you! We will grow and hire more, so you have the potential to become the manager, director - if you are amazing.

JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and chats that come in. People are interested in buying our products but have questions that you will need to answer. Or they have already purchased and have follow up questions about shipping or other things like that.

To start we will work closely together, but you will become more and more independent as time goes by. We currently have a team of 4 people (including myself) who you will be working with on a day to day basis.

TALKING ON THE PHONE

- You must have almost perfect spoken English.
- The less foreign accent the better.
Many of our potential customers do not trust people with a foreign accent as there are so many scams out there right now.

PAY
$500 base salary plus commissions.
Approximately $1,000 / month in commissions, depends on your sales.
Total Pay About $1,500+ per month but could be a lot more if you are motivated.
You could make $2,000/month if you sell a lot!
We also provide 2 paid days off per month.
We generally provide pay increases every 6-12 months as you prove yourself.

- Native fluent English
- Little to no accent
- Reliable
- Able to learn many different kinds of tasks
- Able to think through a situation & take steps to solve the problem
- Organized, able to follow a process
- Pay attention to details

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
**REQUIRED** - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are US TIME ZONE.
8 hour work day with 1 hour lunch break.
Lunch break can be broken up into different breaks if you would like.
I'm slightly flexible on the schedule if needed, as there will be 2 people in the same position.
5 Work Days per week.
1 Day Monday through Friday you get off.
I would like to have one sales rep work on Saturday and one sales rep work on Sunday.
We can rotate if necessary.
Will talk through the schedule with everyone to make sure it works out well for all.
