Job Description:
As a Financial Planning Assistant, your role involves supporting financial planners and advisors in various tasks related to client financial planning and investment management.
Overall, your role is crucial in facilitating smooth operations within the financial planning team and providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Interacting with clients to gather financial information, schedule appointments, and provide general assistance in responding to inquiries.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data and preparing reports, charts, and graphs to aid in financial planning decisions.
• Software Utilization: Using financial planning software and tools to input data, create financial models, and generate projections for clients' financial plans.
• Research: Conducting research on financial products, market trends, and investment options to assist advisors in making informed recommendations to clients.
• Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and organization of client documents, including investment proposals, financial plans, and regulatory compliance forms.
• Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions and documentations.
• Continuing Education: Staying updated with industry regulations, financial planning techniques, and software advancements through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications
• Must have Australian Financial Planning Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and report preparation.
