Design QA Lead

What you'll need to do…

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for all design projects
- Ensure that all design deliverables meet established quality standards and project requirements
- Work with the design team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to improve overall design quality
- Perform regular design reviews to identify and address any design issues
- Provide feedback and coaching to designers to help them improve their skills and maintain consistent quality
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that design quality is maintained throughout the development process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies


What you have...
- Proven experience as a Design Quality Assurance Manager or a similar role
- Passion for design and a keen eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of design principles and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to designers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
