Healthcare Virtual Assistant

We're hiring for a VA to join our team of healthcare administrators to specifically focus on plan of care compliance and make-up appointments. We offer pediatric OT, PT and ST services and need to monitor each patient's plan of care to ensure compliance with the quantity of visits, as well as the number of appointments that need to be made-up after cancellation.

To be the perfect person for this role, you should have experience working in a medical office environment, understand medical scheduling, and preferable have worked in an OT, PT or ST business. In addition to monitoring plan of care compliance, you will collaborate with other members of the team to ensure patient satisfaction is always maintained.
