Data Entry:
- Accurately transferring data from external programs into our Google Sheets systems.
- Developing your own systems for our business
- Craft structured, user-friendly tables that serve as the foundation for our data-driven decisions.
- Analytical Acumen: Dive deep into data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that help us operate better, faster, and more effectively.

You are the data analyst for a sales team. To track this sales team you have a program that tracks everydays performance.
To check the performance of the day, you have to do the following steps:
Select Date>Select Sales Person>Select Project Worked>See the Sales

Problem: To get an overview , you have to do this everyday which is time consuming - also, we believe that this does not tell us all of the data.

Which metrics are missing and how do you improve this process in terms of data analysis?


We are working with Conversion Rates, Sales Volume, Salesperson efficiency.
Your job will be to assess our internal systems and employees and explain us what exactly has to be improved.
