The Sales Analyst/Representative will be responsible for supporting the commercial and finance organization in various business activities including: creating new customer accounts including managing all administrative aspects, credit checks, AR collections, creating business proposals and quotes with limited information, creating financial reports for commercial organization to ensure they are on track with achieving their sales goals.
FLUENT native-level written and spoken ENGLISH is a must. BUSINESS ANALYTICS, able to read and interpret data and work with various data and systems. Experience with working directly with US clients.
This position will require advanced analytical skills, advanced Excel, data manipulation and analytical skills.
You will be expected to learn fast and know what questions to ask when supporting a customer or sales manager.
Top priority is experience in business analysis, sales analysis, administration of paperwork, high attention to detail, patience with a lot of manual processing, multitasking, communication with customers and internal tea
Great communication skills and follow-through to ensure transactions are done on time, accurately and in line with divisional standards.
