Social Media Virtual Sales Assistant

I am currently seeking a versatile and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant to support two key areas: promoting JKW Vacation Homes, a family-operated vacation rental company, and building my personal brand as a professional snowsports coach and rugby referee. As a Social Media VA, you will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, posting engaging content across various platforms, and interacting with clients to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

You will have a base salary + commission on direct booking nights sold. We will also provide monetary incentives.

For JKW Vacation Homes:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies to promote JKW Vacation Homes and increase bookings, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
2. Content Creation: Create visually appealing content showcasing the properties, amenities, and experiences offered by JKW Vacation Homes, tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
3. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates, and use data insights to optimize future content and campaigns for maximum impact.

For Professional Snowsports Coaching and Rugby Refereeing:

1. Brand Building: Develop a cohesive brand identity and messaging strategy for your professional snowsports coaching and rugby refereeing services, reflecting your expertise, experience, and values.
2. Content Creation: Create and share compelling content showcasing your coaching techniques, referee insights, training tips, and game highlights across social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Networking: Connect me with other professionals, athletes, teams, and organizations in the snowsports and rugby industries through social media channels, events, and online forums to expand my network, create opportunities, and establish relationships.
