JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive our company growth by generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging with them through outbound calling, and building strong relationships. Your focus will be on creating a pipeline of qualified leads and ensuring regular communication with potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their potential as customers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and list-building
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and develop relationships with them
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and lead activities in the CRM system
- Track and report on key metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline development

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for sales and customer success
