Graphic Designer & Video Editor - FULL TIME

Our rapidly growing marketing agency, Contractor Scale, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our passionate team. If you have a keen eye for design, a flair for creating engaging social media content, and the ability to edit compelling video clips, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:
We're looking for a creative professional who can split their time between two key areas:

Video Editing (50%): Edit interview and webinar-style videos into engaging YouTube and social media clips that educate and inspire home builders to effectively market themselves.

Graphic Design (50%): Design client ebooks, promotional materials, and realistic images using Midjourney AI for use in advertisements. Occasionally edit client videos as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw interview and webinar footage into concise, impactful clips optimized for YouTube and social media
Collaborate with the content team to identify key Upgrade to see actual infonts and craft compelling visual stories
Design professional ebooks, brochures, and other marketing materials for clients
Create realistic images using Midjourney AI for use in client advertisements
Edit client videos as needed, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines
Stay current with the latest trends in graphic design and video editing to continuously improve the quality of our output
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with Midjourney AI or similar AI image generation tools
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and clients
Passion for creating impactful designs and videos that engage and educate our target audience
