JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for launching and managing listings for our properties on Guesty (our property management software), Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway/VRBO and other short-term rental platforms. You will report to the Listing & Distribution Manager, and work collaboratively with the Revenue Manager, Listing Marketer, Owner Relations Manager, and the Guest Experience Department. Our culture is very entrepreneurial, and we are looking for passionate individuals interested in a long-term position.
Job Duties:

Gather property information, upload it to the Property Management Software (PMS),
distribute to different short-term rental platforms;
Ensure all listings are online and bookable across all channels, investigating and resolving distribution issues of listings on different channels, liaising with different stakeholders and OTAs (via chat, email, or phone) to ensure optimal listing health
Create reports pertaining to listing activity, performance, and other measures
Oversee licensed listings, ensuring that they are compliant and prepare any reports/documentation requested by the compliance team pertaining to licensed listings.
Make edits to the listings on each short-term rental platforms;
Plug property data into listing descriptions;
Work with the marketing department to upload photos of rental units;
Audit listings across platforms for accuracy and optimization;
Launch and integrate new Online Travel Agency (OTA) accounts;
Continually update and maintain property listings information on all platforms
Launching and relaunching listings;
Additional support tasks, as requested by the Listing & Distribution Manager.

Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet skills
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Office, and Slack is an asset;
Desire to be a part of a fast-growing startup and passionate about the vacation; rentals, real estate, and/or tech startup;
4-year undergraduate degree in business or project management (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in a administrative or hotel rooms division environment
Enjoys a structured role
Extra Awesome:

Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, HomeAway and/or other short-term rental platforms is an asset;
Background in distribution channels in the hotel industry is preferred
Familiarity with Guesty or another Property Management Software is an asset;
Available to start ASAP

8 hour shift
Night shift
