JOB SUMMARY:
Renting short-term rentals requires a lot of attention to detail. Every listing site (like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com for example) has its own set of policies, rules, amenities, and ways of interacting.

As a Property Listing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing property listings across all of these various online platforms, as well as onboarding new partners, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and an extensive amenities database.

Your expertise in the short-term rental industry, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be invaluable in driving bookings and ensuring exceptional guest and partner satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Listing Management and Partner Onboarding
- Assisting in acquiring and reviewing all listing information for properties we will manage.
- Create, update, and maintain property listings on multiple online platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and
Booking.com.
- Write compelling descriptions (Using AI) that highlight the unique features, amenities, and location of each property.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on property availability, rates, and policies.
- Optimize listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with property owners to gather accurate and comprehensive information about the amenities offered.
- Regularly update amenities to reflect any additions, modifications, or enhancements to the property
amenities.
- Monitor booking trends, holidays, special events, and local demand to assist our revenue managers
- Analyze booking data, guest feedback to identify untapped opportunities and address potential challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of online rental platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway, and Booking.com. etc
- Self motivated and disciplined in the work-from-home environment
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Continuing education via Youtube channels, forums, and podcasts

REQUIRED HOURS:
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST (USA)
- Tuesday - Saturday (five days a week)
- Please note that the shifts will change one hour once per year when the USA has daylight savings time
- Please note that Holidays are some of the busiest times for us in the hospitality industry - paid time off (if eligible)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (You will be speaking to management partners on the phone occasionally)
- Access to stable high-speed Internet WITH a backup internet option
- Image of Upload and download Speed Required
- Must have their own computer
- As a condition of your employment candidate must not have any other employment during our scheduled hours (we will be your sole employer)

COMPENSATION:
STARTING:
$7-$8.50 / hour (negotiable based on experience)

- Pay checks are processed every other Wednesday to be deposited every other Friday (via "Payoneer")
- If you are sick we hope you get better soon! However, it will be your responsibility to inform management that you will be off so we can make sure the shift gets covered
- Employment will be temporary for the first 90 days at which time we will do an assessment*
- If you meet all expectations after 90 days, we will continue on with your contract. Re-assessment will be scheduled on your 6th month with us.
