Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you possess customer service expertise, particularly in software, and enjoy assisting customers, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
-Provide assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
-Collaborate with teams to resolve customer concerns
-Maintain records of customer interactions
-Identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
-Previous customer service experience, software experience preferred; SEO knowledge is advantageous
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
-Availability to work six days a week, including Saturdays
-Desire to contribute to the long-term growth of the company
