As our YouTube Growth Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our YouTube strategy, responsible for expanding our channel's reach, engagement, and profitability. You'll harness the power of video content to captivate and grow our audience, turning viewers into loyal customers and brand advocates. Your creative strategies and data-driven approach will ensure our YouTube presence supports our broader business goals, from brand awareness to product sales.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy focused on growth, engagement, and conversion.
-Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
-Collaborate with the content production team to produce high-quality, engaging videos that drive viewer action.
-Optimize video content for search and discovery, including keyword research, tagging, descriptions, and custom thumbnails.
-Analyze channel performance and video analytics to inform content strategies and improve video engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
-Implement strategies to increase subscriber count, video views, watch time, and opt-ins, turning viewers into leads and customers.
-Manage and grow YouTube ad campaigns to promote content and products, maximizing ROI and driving sales.
-Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, features, and best practices, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
-Engage with the YouTube community, responding to comments, and fostering a positive and interactive channel environment.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in growing and managing a YouTube channel, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful growth strategies and engagement.
-Expertise in YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
-Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and video content creation skills.
-Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to make informed decisions.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Experience with video editing software and YouTube’s Creator Studio is preferred.
