Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer within our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our email campaigns to life. You will be tasked with designing visually appealing and impactful emails that engage and captivate our audience. Key Responsibilities:

Design 3-5 engaging and visually appealing emails per day, following brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure all designs are optimized for various email clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, email marketing standards, and best practices.
Provide input on the creative direction and campaign strategy.
Participate in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and provide updates on project statuses.
Be open to receiving feedback and continuously striving to improve your work and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing email marketing projects.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
Excellent understanding of email marketing standards, responsive design, and best practices.
Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
