**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct a high volume of cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads who are interested in learning more.
- Maintain and update the customer database with notes on customer interactions and outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed set targets for call volume and appointment setting.
- Handle objections and use proven scripts to guide conversations toward setting an appointment.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based sales role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate, and fluent command of the English language.
- Persuasive and engaging phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for making calls if working remotely.
