Senior UI/UX Designer with Figma Design System Expertise

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience across all digital platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma to streamline the design process and maintain design consistency.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and Figma design system expertise.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Nice to Have:

Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS, Android).
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
