*Error-free drafting and analysis of transactional documents such as asset purchase agreements, buy-sell agreements, revocable trusts, and deeds
*Ability to think independently and critically
*Work product must be flawless; it will be reviewed by experienced corporate attorneys without margin for error

Pay: 350 PHP/hr with bonuses for good work

*Other staff in Philippines to provide support.

3. Also, find a link to the court-approved pdf form for a Petition for Probate of Will and Letters Testamentary, and a one sentence explanation of what it is for.
